2.- OWNERSHIP OF THE WEBSITE.

Pablo Hernández Método ACCES (hereinafter Método ACCES), with registered office at Apartado Postal 26 08960 Sant Just Desvern- Barcelona (Spain), and with NIF / CIF 38134169P, is the owner of the portal www.metodoacces.com and its subdomain aula.metodoacces.com making it available to Método ACCES customers, in order to provide a service consisting of the client being able to acquire products and/or services offered by this website through the Internet, through the so-called www.metodoacces.com and its subdomain aula.metodoacces.com, including direct transport to the address indicated for this purpose in the case of selling physical products.

3.- GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AND THEIR ACCEPTANCE.

These General Terms and Conditions of Contract will expressly regulate the commercial relations that arise between Método ACCES ® and the users or clients who contract the products offered by this website www.metodoacces.com and its subdomain aula.metodoacces.com.

They have been prepared in accordance with the regulations in force on the subject and specifically, in accordance with the provisions of the following legal texts: Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce. Law 7/1998 on General Contracting Conditions. Royal Decree 1906/1999 regulating telephone or electronic contracting with general conditions in development of article 5.3 of Law 7/1998. Law 26/1984 General for the Defense of Consumers and Users. Law 7/1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade. Law 59/2003 of December 19 on Electronic Signature.

These General Conditions of Purchase must be supplemented by the General Conditions of use and navigation established for the website www.metodoacces.com and its subdomain aula.metodoacces.com, as well as by any other Particular or specific contracting Conditions that may be established in each case.

Both browsing and the acquisition of any of the products or services on the website www.metodoacces.com and its subdomain aula.metodoacces.com implies acceptance as a user, without reservation of any kind, of each and every one of the following General Contract Conditions as well as, where applicable, the Particular or specific Conditions.

Pablo Hernández González may, at any time and without prior notice, modify these General Terms and Conditions of Contract as well as the Specific Conditions that may be included, by publishing said modifications on the website www.metodoacces.com and its subdomain aula.metodoacces.com so that they may be known and accepted again by users.

4.-. PRE-CONTRACT INFORMATION.

Pablo Hernández González informs that the purchasing process of the products offered at www.metodoacces.com can be accessed through the link included on the main page or home page of this WEBSITE. In the case of the subdomain aula.metodoacces.com, access can be made once the registration process has been completed or requested.

The user declares that he/she is aware of and accepts the General Conditions of Contract listed below, as well as any other specific or particular conditions that may be established for the acquisition of certain products from www.metodoacces.com and that will be duly indicated on the screen during navigation.

Once the purchase has been made, the user will see the approval of their order via a screenshot as confirmation of the purchase made.

The order confirmation and proof of purchase (printout made by the user) will not be valid as an invoice.

5.- FORMALIZATION OF THE SALE.

5.1.- PRODUCTS OFFERED. PRICE INDICATION.

www.metodoacces.com and its subdomain aula.metodoacces.com will display at all times the products for sale along with their specific characteristics and price. ACCES Method® reserves the right to decide at any time the products offered to users or customers through www.metodoacces.com and its subdomain aula.metodoacces.com. In this way, Método ACCES® may at any time add new products to those included in the same, which will be governed by the provisions of the General Conditions in force at that time. Likewise, ACCES Method® reserves the right to stop providing access, at any time and without prior notice, to any of the products offered on www.metodoacces.com and its subdomain aula.metodoacces.com.

5.2.- INDICATION OF PRODUCT PRICES.

The price of each product will appear on the screen. In those cases where the price of the products is determined by weight, either the price per kilogram or the price of the packaged product will be indicated, although in the latter case the final price that will be included in the purchase receipt will depend on the actual weight of the product. The prices on the screen will be indicated in Euros and include the corresponding VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT) and any other applicable tax. The prices indicated on the screen will always be the current ones, except for typographical errors.

5.3.- MINIMUM PURCHASE.

There is no minimum purchase at www.metodoacces.com. However, the total amount of each purchase made by a customer may not exceed €3,000 (THREE THOUSAND EUROS).

5.4.- AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY OF THE ORDER.

The availability of each product/service, as long as they are digital, is constant and received instantly. That is, access to the courses is available immediately after payment is made, as long as it is made through an automatically verifiable system, such as payment by card or PayPal. In the case of cash or transfer payments, access to the service will be available once payment has been validated and verified.

6.- PAYMENT OF THE PURCHASE AND SALE.
We have 3 types of products: Digital articles (instant viewing courses), In-person training courses and Streaming training courses (which require a process over time).

Payment for the price of the purchased goods, which will appear on the screen, may be made by credit card, debit card, PayPal, bank transfer or in accordance with the payment methods indicated on the screen at any given time. To proceed with payment, the User must follow each and every one of the instructions that appear on the screen, providing the following information: a) Type of card; b) Card number; c) Expiration date or d) As well as any other information that is required on the screen.

As an electronic payment system, www.metodoacces.com has installed an e-commerce payment gateway. All data provided for this purpose is encrypted to ensure maximum security. Likewise, www.metodoacces.com states that, under no circumstances, does it store in any way the data provided by Users through the payment gateway, and that they are only kept while the purchase is made, the payment is made and until the withdrawal period has elapsed.

Payment for in-person courses is made in two parts. One payment for "reservation of a place" is made within the period indicated in the information for each course and can be made by debit/credit card, Paypal or bank transfer; and the remaining amount is paid on the first day of the course, before it begins. This payment can be made in cash or by debit/credit card.

In the event of applying discounts on sales through promotions for attending webinars, printable discount coupons or any other discount proposed by Pau Hernández/metodoacces, these will never be cumulative with each other, and the User may in any case opt for the discount of greater value.

6.1. WHAT IS AULA.METODOACCES.COM?

This is the website where the "Practical classes" product is offered (or any other name variant that makes or has made reference to the classes following the ACCES Method training), and where the support material provided to the User/Buyer who completes the ACCES Method training is hosted.

In the case of the "Practice classes" product, payment is made by automated subscription within the subdomain aula.metodoacces.com, meaning that credit/debit card or Paypal bank details must be entered for the monthly renewal of the subscription. The WooCommerce payment gateway is responsible for processing recurring automated payments on a monthly basis. Payment for this product cannot be made by bank transfer.

In the event that the User/Buyer is provided with access to some free classes, these will be accessible once the subscription process has been completed, applying a promotional code that will be provided to the User/Buyer once the ACCES Method training has been completed. The User/Buyer will have access to 4 free classes if there are any, by subscribing to any of the product modalities, always before the first Tuesday after the completion of the ACCES Method training. The User/Buyer will not be able to use the free classes, if there are any, after this period of time.

The promotional code provided for the first 4 free classes, if any, generates free access to the Practice Classes during the first month. After this period, the payment gateway will process the monthly charge for the Practice Classes product. In the event that the User/Buyer does not wish to be charged any fee once the free period has ended (1 month if any) It will be the responsibility of the User/Buyer to unsubscribe from the Practice Classes product by accessing the link: https://aula.metodoacces.com/mi-cuenta/subscriptions and carrying out the unsubscription process.

The User/Buyer may unsubscribe/unsubscribe at any time, having access to the classes corresponding to the last paid month.

7.- RETURNS.

For Face-to-Face Training Courses, the User/Buyer pays a portion of the course fee as a "place reservation" before the start of the training.

The User/Buyer will have the option of cancelling the purchase and opting for a refund of the amount paid as a "place reservation" (*), provided that the nature of the purchased item allows it and it is done within 15 business days prior to the start of the training. If the notification by the User/Buyer of their desire to cancel the purchase is within the fifteen business days prior to the start of the training, the reserved amount will not be refunded. Once the course has started, the User/Buyer may decide to cancel their participation within the first 2 hours of the course and will be entitled to receive the amount paid, except for the amount paid as a reservation. This refund will be made by bank transfer within a period not exceeding 90 days from the written notification from the same email address through which the place reservation was made, in which the account number must be indicated, the account holder of which must match the name of the User/Buyer.

Pau Hernández / ACCES® Method will not be responsible for reservations or purchases of train tickets, plane tickets, accommodation or any other expense that the User/Buyer has made to participate in any of the training courses given by Pau Hernández ACCES® Method and therefore cannot be claimed in any case in the refund amounts.

For Streaming Training Courses, the User/Buyer pays the full amount of the course before the start of the training.

If the Buyer notifies his/her intention to cancel his/her participation more than 7 working days before the start of the course, the total amount paid (*) will be refunded within 30 days of his/her communication of withdrawal. If the Buyer/User notifies his/her intention to cancel his/her participation less than 7 working days before the start of the course, he/she will be given the possibility of attending another edition of the same course in the same format within a period of 12 months, provided that new editions of the same course are scheduled in the same format. If there are no courses scheduled within 12 months, in the same format, the amount of the course will be refunded (*) within a period of 90 days from his/her communication of withdrawal. In Streaming Training Courses, once the course has started, the amount paid will not be refunded.

In the event that the Buyer/User does not attend the contracted training and has not notified Método ACCES® through the means indicated at www.metodoacces.com, the Buyer/User will not have the right to a refund of the amounts paid.

The refund of the amount will be made by one of the same payment methods as the ACCES Method® offers and will always be in the name of the same owner who made the sale.

In the case of the Level 3 course where a numerological study is carried out prior to the start of the course, if the User/Buyer decides to resolve the sale within the period stipulated in this same section and said study has already been carried out, the amount of the course will be refunded minus €85 (*) and the report of the study carried out will be delivered.

In the case of the Practice Classes product that is carried out from the subdomain aula.metodoacces.com, once the paid subscription has been made and the free period has ended, if any, the amount charged is not refunded.

(*) In all refund amounts, the commissions charged by the platforms and payment gateways, both for purchase and sale and for return, will also be deducted.

In any case, it will be understood that the User/Buyer has been aware of the right of withdrawal from the moment of entering the Web www.metodoacces.com, which requires the reading and acceptance of these General Conditions, and in any case from the moment the order is placed.

For Digital Items, due to the nature of the digital product, where full content is instantly accessible upon purchase, returns are not allowed.
