Registration is now open for the upcoming summer retreat, exclusively for students of the ACCES® Method.
This course has a new format compared to previous years. The practices are new, with the purpose of generating a greater depth in the immersion during this week in dream work.
TOPICS AND ACTIVITIES
- Although the core structure of the retreat is the same, different activities are carried out each year, the agenda is viewed from different angles and new practices are carried out.
- Deepening of the attributes of the Warrior.
- Purpose of Life and redirection towards it.
- Power walks.
- Creating a personal dreamcatcher. Its uses as dream portals.
- Identification of each person's Internal Medicine.
- Stalking and dreaming practices.
- Excursion to the power center of Montserrat and the initiatory path of Dreaming.

PLACE
MORE GRASS
A space dedicated to therapies and events related to the Earth and Consciousness. Close to the Montserrat Mountain Natural Park and surrounded by nature.
ACCOMMODATION
The rooms are very nice and cozy, most with their own bathroom, cool in summer, well-kept and clean.
They are shared rooms for 2 to 6 people.
If the number of people allows it, couples can sleep in double rooms.
The food is ovo-lacto-vegetarian, although in August we will avoid eating eggs. There will be some days when those who wish to can eat meat.
All food intolerances are catered for.
MONTSERRAT
In both Mas Gras and Montserrat there are two power centers (energy vortices) where we will do some of the practices.
HALL
Although many practices will be done outdoors, the work room is cozy and in line with the theme of the course.

DATES AND TIMES
- From August 9 to 15, 2025
- Course start: Saturday 9th at 16:00h. Possibility of lunch before the start of the course.
- End of the course: Friday 15th at 2:00 p.m. Lunch included at Mas Gras after the end of the course.
- The daily schedule will be announced during the course, given the specifics of the course. There will be a balance between practice, excursions and training.
RECOMMENDATIONS
- Have note-taking materials on hand.
- Wear comfortable clothes.
- It is suggested to arrive 1 hour in advance on the first day of the course.
- When booking train or plane tickets, as a precaution, it is recommended that you take out change or cancellation insurance.
- During the 14 days prior to the course it is recommended:
- Saving primary energy
- Special focus on remembering and recording dreams/EFCs (whether you remember them or not)
- Avoid consumption of alcohol or toxic substances
NOTICES
- It is not possible to take this course if you are pregnant. If you think you may be pregnant, it is essential that you have a check-up before making your booking.
- You must be over 18 years old to take the course.
- It is not possible to attend this course if you have been diagnosed with schizophrenia in any of its variants.
- Classes start punctually at the established times.
- The excursions are suitable for all levels. However, if you have reduced mobility or any physical disability, please contact us.
- Bring:
- Comfortable clothes
- Comfortable shoes and other footwear that support your feet well for walking in the mountains
- Hat, cap or similar
- Water bottle / canteen that you can carry attached to your pants or in a small backpack
- Headlamp or flashlight (better headlamp)
- Even though it's August, bring a jacket or sweater for any evening practice.
- Towel for shower and personal hygiene
- A scarf or similar to cover the eyes
- A scarf or similar to tie around the waist
- Earplugs (no matter what material)
- Swimsuit
